Patryk Rudnicki

Bain & Company in Poland has a new managing partner. From the beginning of October 2024, the Warsaw office is headed by Patryk Rudnicki, leader of the Retail & Consumer Products practice, who has been with the firm for almost 10 years.

Patryk Rudnicki has been supporting leading players in the retail and consumer products market for more than 12 years, particularly in the e-commerce, food and beverage, and entertainment and lifestyle sectors. He has extensive know-how in strategy development, value optimisation of companies and overall performance improvement, and has extensive experience in private equity having supported regional and international leaders through the entire investment cycle, from effective due diligence to value creation plan to comprehensive exit support.

For the past five years, Patryk has been leading the recruitment efforts of the Warsaw office, supporting the development of the Bain team in Poland and the entire CEE region. He actively promotes the Bain brand at the most renowned European universities. He also supports entrepreneurial organisations, advising on strategy and development. He is a graduate of ESADE Business School, the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw.
