Marjan Gigov

Marjan Gigov has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an associate and specialist for Leasing Premium and Luxury Retail Spaces in the Czech Republic and Central European region. In this role, he will be primarily responsible for leasing spaces and projects on prime high streets. His main tasks will include negotiating lease agreements and providing strategic advice for existing and new premium and luxury retail brands.

Gigov brings over 20 years of experience in real estate. Since 2018, he has worked as director and head of Retail Agency at Colliers in Prague, where he led projects in retail leasing and development of business strategies. He represented luxury brands on Pařížská Street and was responsible for leasing shopping centers. Previously, work at Kotva Prague and JLL.

Marjan graduated from Mihajlo Pupin Electro-Technical College with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics.
