Ulrich Creydt

Property consultancy Ypsilon Group has appointed Ulrich Creydt as managing director. Together with current managing director Peter Lenz, he will be responsible for Ypsilon's real estate advisory activities. He will focus on advising foreign investors on their real estate investments and other investment activities in Germany.
Ulrich Creydt brings extensive international experience of 15 years to the job, especially in real estate investment and advisory. He has been a tax advisor since 2014 and has worked in Ypsilon's Cologne office since 2022.
