Ilona Szafer

Ilona Szafer has been promoted to head of Poland. Previously, she held the position of head of asset management retail in Poland. Ilona will now be responsible for the company’s Polish strategy, managing a diverse portfolio worth around EUR 1.7 bln across the office, logistics and retail sectors. Based in Warsaw, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the local team and its investment, acquisition and asset management strategy, working closely with Savills IM’s head of Europe, Kevin Aitchison, and head of asset management, Juan Miguel Marinas Redondo. Ilona has 20 years of experience, including at Meyer Bergman, Immofinanz and TriGranit. She has been with Savills IM since it first entered Poland in 2017, with the firm having now expanded its portfolio to around 1.5 mln sqm in Poland over the last eight years.
