Alicja Muszalska

Alicja Muszalska has taken on the position of business development manager for capital projects in the commercial department. She will be responsible for developing business relationships and actively acquiring capital investment projects. A key element of her work will also be supporting the commercial and capital projects teams in developing solutions tailored to client needs, taking into account current market trends and challenges.

Alicja is an experienced architect who specialises in designing friendly and accessible work environments. Since 2023, she has been part of the capital projects team at ISS Polska: first as an architect, then as the project delivery excellence manager, responsible for the development of design standards, sales, and marketing activities. She gained her professional experience in Poland and Portugal and holds degrees in architecture from Szczecin and Lisbon.
