Aneta Nougarou

Aneta Nougarou has been appointed as CFO. As a member of the management board, she will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, overseeing the finance department, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation. Aneta has over 15 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, reporting, and the implementation of modern IT solutions. She has held key financial roles, managing areas such as controlling, budgeting, accounting, and restructuring of regional finance operations across Central Europe. For most of her career, she was employed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. In her new role, Aneta will oversee the company’s financial operations, including performance analysis, budget planning, and the optimisation of financial processes. She will also lead the development of reporting tools and innovative financial technologies to support Knight Frank’s strategic goals.
