Anna Korwin-Kulesza

Anna Korwin-Kulesza has been promoted to the newly created position of head of asset management & leasing. She will be responsible for the performance of all Globalworth commercial business lines in Poland, including traditional office leasing, the development of the Ace of Space serviced office brand, and retail leasing in mixed-use locations, such as Hala Koszyki in Warsaw, Renoma in Wrocław, and Supersam in Katowice. A key aspect of Anna's new role will be creating synergies between business lines to create the best, tailored leasing solutions in line with the company's strategic goals. Her promotion is a result of her long-standing commitment, effectiveness in achieving goals, and ability to build long-term relationships with tenants. The consolidation of all asset management and leasing teams is part of an internal reorganisation. This change in team structure will enable Globalworth to more effectively adapt to evolving client needs and increase its operational efficiency while maintaining the highest-quality communications and solutions. Anna has been with Globalworth since the brand entered Poland over nine years ago. Previously, she was responsible for asset management and leasing of a real estate portfolio in central and northern Poland, including properties in Warsaw, Łódź, and Gdańsk. As the leader of the integrated asset management and leasing platform for Globalworth's entire real estate portfolio in Poland, she will manage a total of 20 assets across six cities with a total area of over 580,000 sqm. She will be responsible for maximising the value of the buildings in the portfolio, maintaining high occupancy rates, and implementing the company’s leasing strategy. She will also be responsible for tenant relations and team management. Anna has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, gained in both advisory and investment roles. Before joining Globalworth in 2017, she worked at DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Griffin Real Estate.
