Monika Kulawińska

Monika Kulawińska has assumed the position of head of the Retail Sector at CBRE. She will be responsible for the strategy and development of all business lines within the retail division. She has been with CBRE for 11 years and will combine her new role with her current position as Director in the Capital Markets team.

In the Capital Markets team, Monika has been responsible for brokerage in investment transactions, conducting due diligence processes, preparing and managing marketing initiatives, and providing support at all stages of property acquisition and sale, with a particular focus on the office and retail markets. Recently, she represented the Emira Property Fund in its investment of over EUR 100 mln in DL Invest, advised Blackstone on the sale of Forum Gdańsk, and supported Frey in the sale of the Matarnia retail park. She also advised Ghelamco on the sale of Warsaw Hub Office and Hub Hotels in Warsaw.
