Maciej Kulpiński

Maciej Kulpiński joins Clyde & Co as an associate in the real estate team and specialises in real estate and corporate law. He advises on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales and leases. Maciej is also responsible for transaction documentation and preparation of due diligence reports. He actively supports clients in all aspects of the day-to-day management of office, logistics and retail buildings.
