Daniela Lazea

Daniela Lazea has been appointed as general legal counsel at Global Vision. She will coordinate all legal activities within the Global Vision Group, assisting and providing practical solutions and strategies for national or international transactions.

Over the past 15 years, Daniela has coordinated the real estate practice at Biriș Goran and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. She has managed numerous M&A transactions, either with or without a real estate component. Through her work, Daniela Lazea has in recent years also managed a portfolio of clients in Israel, Italy and the United Kingdom, as well as other jurisdictions.
