Jakub Domalik-Plakwicz

Jakub Domalik-Plakwicz has been appointed co-head of the Corporate Practice in Poland at DLA Piper, alongside Jakub Marcinkowski, succeeding Marta Frąckowiak in the role. Together with the team, he will focus on setting new benchmarks for managing M&A transactions. Their efforts will emphasize the integration of advanced technologies into the transaction process, strengthening the team’s data analytics capabilities, and developing innovative client collaboration models. These priorities aim to deliver a more efficient, strategic, and forward-thinking approach to transaction execution.

Jakub has been with DLA Piper for over seven years and has also gained experience at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
