Marta Busłajew

Marta Busłajew has joined 7R as the new Marketing and Communications director. In her new role, she will oversee the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.

Previously, Marta served as head of Marketing and Communications at Globalworth, where she developed corporate strategies and integrated solutions across various projects. Together with her team at HB Reavis, she launched two flagship office projects, Varso Place and Forest. Marta has also held senior positions at CBRE and Colliers, focusing on marketing strategies, communication, client services, and digital marketing initiatives. She also worked at YNV Group, overseeing global B2B strategic plans and budgets. In her work, she leverages tools such as automation and artificial intelligence to drive innovation.
