Agnieszka Baczyńska

Agnieszka Baczyńska, currently the head of Leasing Retail, has been appointed to the newly created position of Business Excellence director at CPIPG Poland. She will now combine both roles. In her new position, Agnieszka will oversee the implementation of the operational efficiency strategy and monitor its progress, as well as supervise projects related to business transformation, including the adoption of new technologies and innovative business solutions. Her responsibilities will also include auditing and evaluating the company’s optimization processes.

Agnieszka brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, she served as International Leasing director at Neinver Polska, where she managed leasing operations for all retail properties in the company’s portfolio. She holds an MBA and is a licensed real estate agent.
