Jakub Parys

Jakub Parys rejoins the Savills team, strengthening the area of advising office property owners. As a new associate director, he will focus on the commercialisation of key clients' office buildings and ensure that they are optimally utilised to their potential, thereby building value in the buildings and improving their profitability. He will focus on landlord representation and implementation of office leasing strategies, advising on leasing processes, as well as negotiating and renegotiating leases.
Jakub has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. He has already been associated with Savills between 2014 and 2019, at which time he specialised in the representation of investment funds and developers in office leasing processes. He also gained professional experience at CPI Property Group or GTC. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting and completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation.
