Grzegorz Sielewicz

Grzegorz Sielewicz has been appointed head of Economic and Market Insights for CEE, overseeing Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Romania.
Grzegorz brings a breadth of economic and research knowledge from his 20 years of experience. He specializes in economic research and commercial real estate market analysis across CEE countries, focusing on macroeconomics, sectoral analyses, and market trends. His efforts will centre on further expanding the research platform. He will focus on forward-looking analysis and integrate wider macroeconomic, political, and social developments into real estate-related insights and strategies.
Grzegorz joins Colliers from Coface, where he held the position of head of CEE Economic Research. Prior to that, he was the chief specialist in the International Capital Markets Division of the Public Debt Department at the Polish Ministry of Finance. His career also includes roles at Deutsche Bank and UniCredit’s Brokerage House.
