Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska

Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska, Apsys' former chief investment officer, has joined the management board of the company. The appointment is the first stage of the change process related to the succession in the management board of Apsys Polska. The expert will gradually take over the duties of vice-president Maciej Wróblewski, with the aim of eventually replacing him in his position.

Katarzyna is an expert with over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry. She has been with Apsys Polska since 2021. Prior to joining the company, she managed investment projects in Poland, Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal and Romania. Katarzyna's specialty is operations related to private equity investment funds, as well as joint ventures involving large institutional funds. Her professional experience also includes the management of real estate portfolio in the following segments: warehouse, office, retail, residential, as well as cooperation with financial institutions and tenants.

Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and HEC de Paris.
