Leonard Kubanek

Leonard Kubanek, formerly director of Project Management, has been promoted to vice president and head of Development Management in Central Europe at Prologis. Leonard Kubanek will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of Prologis' projects in the Central Europe region, which includes Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. His responsibilities include managing current investments, analysing new investment opportunities in local markets, and developing and implementing development strategies for the region.
Leonard has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined Prologis in 2018. Prior to that, he gained experience at Evatronix in Gliwice and then at SMI Metal Bau in Germany. Upon his return to Poland, he took up the position of project manager at Mexem, then worked as a steel structure supervisor on the construction of the Glassworks in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He spent the following years working for CFE, Tebodin and CBRE.
