Agnieszka Surma

Agnieszka Surma, along with Dr. Jolanta Panas and Katarzyna Mitura-Papis, is joining the JWA team. She has taken on the new position of Head of Advisory, where she will be responsible for managing the advisory department, developing services related to sustainability, ESG, decarbonization, and managing key client relationships.

Agnieszka is a civil engineer with experience in managing services for the construction sector, gained at Dekra. Over the years, she has developed sales and operational management of technical services, working with clients in the real estate sector, including owners, managers, and developers. She holds HQE Referent, HQE Auditor, and BREEAM International New Construction Assessor accreditations.
