Jakub Leszczyński

Jakub Leszczyński has taken on the newly created role of transaction director at Accolade. In his new position, he is responsible for overseeing transaction processes, including project financing and refinancing, selecting and structuring development processes, and acquiring new and existing warehouse projects. One of his key achievements since assuming the role has been executing one of Poland’s largest green refinancing deals, valued at EUR 180 mln.

Leszczyński began his career at Accolade seven years ago, previously managing the legal department and banking team. Previously, he was part of transaction teams (M&A, Capital Markets, Debt Financing) at both international and domestic law firms. He specializes in managing transaction processes for industrial real estate, advising on the selection and structuring of development processes, financing, as well as the sale and acquisition of industrial properties. He holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
