Antoanela Comșa

Antoanela Comșa has been appointed deputy CEO at Global Vision. In this role, she will define and implement the group’s strategic directions, oversee major projects, and enhance the newly launched investment and development platform focused on residential, retail, and industrial sectors. Comșa will implement strategic initiatives to support large-scale projects across the country, impacting the real estate market, economy, and local communities.

With over 20 years in the Romanian real estate sector, Comșa has a strong track record in delivering complex projects and leading strategic initiatives. She has overseen the delivery of over 2,800 apartments, contributed to the development of 300,000 sqm of built spaces, and managed investments exceeding EUR 190 mln for the Spanish group Gran Via Real Estate. Additionally, Comșa served two terms as president of the Romanian Real Estate Investors Association (AREI) and was a board member. Most recently, she held the position of deputy general manager at Meta Estate Trust.
