Maciej Georg

Maciej Georg has become the new partner and head of the Banking and Finance practice at Crido Legal. He provides legal advice on various types of financing, in particular on financing and refinancing projects in the renewable energy and real estate sectors, as well as on corporate and acquisition finance projects.
Maciej Georg is an expert with many years of experience in banking and finance. For the past few years, he has been a partner and head of the financing transactions practice at the Warsaw office of the international law firm Bird & Bird. Prior to that, he worked for several other renowned law firms in Warsaw, such as Sołtysiński, Kawecki & Szlęzak, Linklaters, Hogan & Hartson and K&L Gates, where he specialised in banking law, public procurement law, as well as commercial and civil law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice, where he qualified as a legal adviser. In the years 2016-2019, he was a member of the supervisory board of the listed company Arctic Paper.
