Marta Gorońska-Wiercioch

European Green Logistics Space, a new investment and development company, has appointed Marta Gorońska-Wiercioch to manage its activities in Poland. Marta Gorońska-Wiercioch has been appointed Director of Investment and Development. Working closely with Mario Sander, managing director for Germany, Austria and Poland at EGLS, she will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in the Polish logistics market, acquiring new opportunities and pursuing a sustainable development strategy.
Marta Gorońska-Wiercioch joins EGLS from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she was a director in the capital markets team. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2021, she spent over a decade at Knight Frank in the capital markets team.
EGLS started its activities in January with the support of Kamco Invest, an asset management company in the Middle East and North Africa region. EGLS will invest in the UK, France, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.
