Florian Nowotny

Florian Nowotny has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer.
Nowotny brings extensive experience in real estate finance, capital markets, and corporate management. He previously held senior roles in investment banking at UniCredit and Citi, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He later served as CFO and executive board member of the Vienna-listed commercial property company CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), where he managed financing, accounting, controlling, and investor relations. His most recent roles include CEO of DDM Holding AG, a Swiss-based investment firm, and senior advisor at global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal. Since 2017, he has also served as a non-executive director on the board of directors of Malta International Airport.
In his new role, Mr. Nowotny will oversee Indotek Group’s financial operations, including international financing, risk management, accounting, taxation, and controlling. He will also manage relationships with investors and financial service providers, working closely with Dr. Bence Nádasdy, who will continue as Hungarian CFO.
