Marta Zawadzka

Marta Zawadzka has rejoined the company as head of leasing and asset management. She is to oversee projects, including Signum in Warsaw and Bonarka for Business in Kraków, while also supervising leasing strategies across TriGranit’s broader portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.

With over 20 years of experience in the Polish and European real estate markets, Marta brings extensive expertise in leasing, asset management, and commercial strategy.

Most recently, Marta held the position of Leasing and Asset Management Director at Yareal, where she was responsible for leasing office and retail space, including LIXA in Warsaw, the developer’s flagship project, and the retail section of SOHO by Yareal. Previously, she held leadership roles at Avestus Real Estate, NEINVER, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, GTC, as well as in TriGranit.

An accredited mentor and member of EMCC, Marta is also a distinguished graduate of several MA and postgraduate programs at the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Warsaw School of Economics, and Harvard Business School.
