Monika Leszczyk

Monika Leszczyk, deputy head of Valuation & Advisory, has been appointed as head of Business Development at Cushman & Wakefield. She specialises in real estate valuation and holds MRICS and REV titles. She has many years of experience working for advisory firms, where she was responsible for valuing diverse real estate assets. Monika specialises in managing portfolio valuations, cross-border projects covering commercial and residential property appraisals, as well as investment advisory.

Monika holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage, management, and valuation, as well as business valuation studies at Kozminski University.
