Mariusz Niewiadomski

Mariusz Niewiadomski has been appointed as the president of Dekpol Budownictwo. Previously, he held the position of a board member. In his new role, he will continue the strategy of diversification and expanding the portfolio of orders.

Mariusz started his career at Dekpol in 2022, taking the position of COO responsible for the south-western region. He manages the company's operational office in Poznań. In February 2023, he was appointed to the company's management board, where he was responsible for construction processes and bidding carried out in the Poznań and Bydgoszcz offices. He was also involved in securing construction contracts.

For nearly 20 years, Mariusz has developed his career from engineering positions at Skanska, and later held the role of Regional Director at Adamietz and Alstal. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in management at WSB.
