Petr Houska

Petr Houska has been appointed as managing partner. He brings with him 15 years of experience in development and sustainable construction of both commercial and residential properties. At Crestpoint Capital Partners, Petr will be responsible for active asset management, including oversight of development and construction projects. Petr has been active in the Czech real estate market for 15 years and has participated in the development of commercial properties worth more than EUR 400 mln. He has held positions in leading development and consulting firms operating in the Czech Republic. As project director at Skanska Commercial Development Czech Republic, he was responsible for the preparation and execution of some well-known office projects in Prague, totaling 150,000 sqm. These included landmark developments such as Port7, Parkview, Praga Studios, and Visionary – all of which achieved the highest ratings in international environmental certifications and set new standards for sustainable construction in the Prague real estate market. As a consultant, he has been involved in over 100 office, industrial, hotel, and residential real estate projects with a total investment value of over EUR 2 bln. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
