Paulina Petynka

Paulina Petynka has joined Yareal Polska as leasing director. She will develop leasing strategies for office and retail spaces, including Lixa and Soho. Her main area of expertise is strategic consultancy, development of lease models and strategies, negotiating and re-negotiating contracts, as well as marketing consultancy for the real property sector. Her professional experience includes developing and implementing commercialisation strategies for buildings under construction and for buildings in use – including coordinating rebranding procedures of office buildings.

Previously, Paulina held senior roles at Colliers, Metro Properties, and Centrum Zana.
