Magda Uler-Kłeczek

Magda Uler-Kłeczek has taken up the position of CIO at 7R. In her new role, she will be responsible for further developing the company's capital market activities and supporting its long-term growth.

Previously, Magda held the position of head of Capital Markets at 7R. Since joining the company in 2024, she has led and structured numerous joint venture transactions, raising more than 100 mln euros in capital from business partners. One of the key projects under her leadership was the sale of a warehouse portfolio to the Investika fund. She gained experience at KPMG, Colliers and JLL, among others.
