Jan W. Peter

Jan W. Peter has been appointed as chief operating officer. He joins has worked in real estate for almost 20 years and joins ULI from CoreNet Global where for nearly eight years he was vice president of global operations. Prior to this, Jan was an entrepreneur in residential real estate investment, and before that held various leadership roles with flexible workspace operator Regus over a period of nearly seven years. He started his career in the leisure and hospitality sector working for Princess Cruises and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. Reporting to the CEO for Europe, and based in London, he will oversee ULI Europe’s member networks, events and programmes, marketing and communications, and finance and governance.
