Kinga Bloch

Kinga Bloch has been appointed as strategic advisor for talent acquisition and culture transformation in Poland. Kinga is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years of international experience in the IT/Telecom and commercial real estate sectors. brings extensive expertise in organisational design, mergers and acquisitions, business transformations, and post-merger integrations. She is especially focused on creating motivating and people-friendly workplaces that deliver value to both employees and clients. She has over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, IT and commercial real estate sectors in both Poland and Europe. In 2017, she joined Cushman & Wakefield as a partner and head of human resources, before being promoted to head of HR business partnering for the CEMEA region in 2020. This followed a more than eight-year spell at Atos, initially as human resources director for Poland and CEE international mobility project manager, before being appointed CEE HR business partner and regional diversity leader in 2016.
