Małgorzata Czaplicka

Małgorzata Czaplicka has been appointed president of the management board. A seasoned executive, she has been with the company for 15 years, focusing on GTC’s presence on capital markets and strategic relations with key stakeholders. Since 2010, she has served as director of investor relations, and as of January this year, she has also held the position of chief financial markets officer, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s capital markets strategy. Working closely with the management board, she has played a key role in capital raising projects, managing listed debt instruments on the Warsaw, Johannesburg, Budapest and Euronext stock exchanges, while securing financing to support GTC’s investment strategy. Her responsibilities have also included oversight of ESG initiatives and chairing the green bond committee. In addition, she served as the company secretary. Previously, she has held senior investor relations and financial roles at leading Polish companies in the media and telecommunications sectors. Małgorzata holds a degree in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Deakin University in Warrnambool, Australia, and completed the postgraduate professional supervisory board member programme at Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
