Katarzyna Gajewska

Katarzyna Gajewska has been appointed as the head of market research. She will be responsible for managing the research team as well as analysing trends and data. She has worked for CBRE for 13 years. Till now, she has served as a director in the market research department, advising key market players, including developers, investors and financial institutions. Katarzyna also has experience of the other side of the market having worked for a fund, where she had the opportunity to use her market knowledge in the fields of retail and office asset management, leasing and analysis of potential acquisitions. Katarzyna combines experience on both investor and advisory side, giving her a comprehensive view of the market. She graduated from the University of Warsaw and completed a postgraduate course in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.
