Fabio Kirchgeßner

Fabio Kirchgeßner has been appointed managing director. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company's sales strategy and project developments.

Kirchgeßner has been with Panattoni since 2016. He began his career as a business development manager, handling build-to-suit (BTS) projects in the northern and eastern regions of Germany. In 2021, he assumed the leadership of the Business Development BTS Germany department, and from 2024, he has also been responsible for the key accounts department. As managing director, he joins the management team of managing partner Fred-Markus Bohne and directors Stefan Bohne and Daniel Oetjen.

Kirchgeßner has ten years of industry experience. Prior to joining Panattoni, Fabio Kirchgeßner worked as a property manager at Gateway Real Estate AG and in the acquisitions department at IDI Gazeley.
