Simone Jenemann

Simone Jenemann has assumed the position of leasing and business development director. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. She will strengthen the leasing division in the Frankfurt office and play an active role in acquiring new asset management mandates and leasing assignments. Most recently, she served as senior director and head of real estate leasing Germany at Barings, where she was responsible for the company’s leasing business. Her previous career includes roles at RFR Management, Deka Real Estate and Aurelis Real Estate. She began her career at BFW Hamburg and as a property specialist at the Southwest German Academy in Wiesbaden.
