Marcin Gawlik

Marcin Gawlik has been appointed to the position of associate. His primary responsibilities will include developing Savills' business in Kraków, including acquiring new clients and strengthening the firm's presence. As part of his ongoing projects, Marcin will also be responsible for business consulting, negotiating, and analysing contracts in support of both property owners and tenants to effectively align supply with demand.

Marcin has 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. For seven years, he served as a commercialisation manager in a shopping centre, and then for another seven years as a senior leasing manager at Echo Investment, where he was responsible for projects in Kraków and Katowice. He specialises in negotiations, transaction management, and strategic consulting. He is a licensed property manager and graduated from the Kraków University of Economics as well as from the AGH University of Science and Technology.
