Paweł Caruk

Paweł Caruk has been appointed co-managing partner and will be responsible for identifying, executing, and overseeing private equity transactions outside of the real estate sector. Paweł has over 15 years of experience in pan-European private equity funds such as IK Partners and MidEuropa, where he led investment activities in Poland and the CEE region. He also served as vice president of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK). He holds two master's degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds an ACCA qualification.
