Anna Nienaltowska

has been appointed head of sales for Poland. In her new role at the energy and sustainability advisory for institutional clients in the real estate sector, she will drive forward with the sales strategy as well as the acquisition and development of new client relationships in the Polish market. She will report directly to Rosanna Woods, the managing director and head of Commercial Sales Europe. Anna is a member of the RICS and has almost three decades of experience in the Polish and international real estate market. As partnership development director for Poland at International Workplace Group (IWG), she most recently drove the development of strategic partnerships, establishing close collaborations with leading institutional investors. Since 2023, she has also been a lecturer at Koźmiński University in Warsaw, helping to develop its postgraduate programme in commercial real estate. She spent the majority of her previous career at Cushman & Wakefield, where she held various management positions for over 27 years, most recently as partner and head of leasing services in the office department in Warsaw. In this role, she was responsible for a portfolio totalling app. 200,000 sqm and served major international clients.
