Agnieszka Stankiewicz

Agnieszka Stankiewicz has been appointed co-head of the real estate practice. She focuses on corporate finance matters and real estate transactions. She has assisted both foreign and domestic investors in acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, acquisitions and divestments, financing of real estate acquisitions and forward purchase and leaseback transactions. In addition, Agnieszka handles all aspects of real estate development projects, as well as the due diligence of companies and assets and the restructuring of their financial indebtedness.
