Marek Noetzel

Marek Noetzel will assume the position of CEO, effective April 1, 2026. Marek Noetzel has served as the company's COO since June 2022 and is responsible for the company's operations across 60 properties located in eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe. He replaces the current CEO of Nepi Rockcastle, Rüdiger Dany.

Marek joined Rockcastle Global Real Estate in 2016 and was responsible for establishing the company's office in Poland. In 2017, Rockcastle's portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic was merged with Nepi, which holds assets in Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, and the Czech Republic. Within Nepi Rockcastle, Marek served as a member of the management board and the executive director in Poland before assuming the position of COO in 2022. Previously, he served as the commercial real estate director in Poland of Cushman & Wakefield.
