Marek Obuchowicz

Marek Obuchowicz has been appointed co-managing partner, taking joint responsibility for the development of the firm's real estate business alongside Artur Apostol. Obuchowicz has been with Griffin Capital Partners for over eleven years. As a member of the investment team, he was involved in the creation and development of Griffin's living sector business, including the PRS LifeSpot platform, the PBSA Student Depot platform, and StudentSpace. He also played a key role in numerous key transactions, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships. Previously, he worked for PwC and Kulczyk Investment Group. He graduated from the London School of Economics and the University of London.
