Daniel Orczyk

Daniel Orczyk has been appointed as a senior project manager. Before joining Avison Young, he worked for such companies as HaskoningDHV, Arcadis, WSP Polska, and Arup.

Daniel is a structural designer with unlimited construction licenses. He has over 20 years of experience and has worked on projects in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, the USA, Spain, the UK, and the Middle East. He has extensive knowledge of FM Global, VdS, and NFPA standards, as well as of property management, building systems, administrative procedures, permitting, design and construction standards, and EPCM contracts. He specialises in project management, technical supervision, technical due diligence, and structural design for commercial properties and data centres.
