Renata Nowacka

Renata Nowacka has been appointed as a leasing manager. She will be responsible for managing leases across the company's Polish portfolio and developing tenant relationships in industrial and logistics parks across the country. Renata has extensive experience in leasing and asset management, gained at investment and development firms. Prior to joining Accolade, she served as senior leasing manager at The Shire-Beyond Coworking, where she was responsible for space commercialisation and team management. Previously, she worked as a senior leasing and asset manager at Panattoni / Blue Assets and as a leasing manager at Octava Property Trust.

Renata graduated in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the Warsaw University of Technology.
