Marcin Klammer

Marcin Klammer has joined the international team as expansion director, responsible for Poland, Romania, and Hungary. He will be responsible for developing new projects and expanding the company's client portfolio in Poland and Romania, as well as supporting the sale of Ceetrus' assets in Hungary.
Marcin Klammer holds a new position within the company's international structure within the newly established development business unit. He will be responsible for implementing innovative development projects and developing the portfolio of clients using Nhood's services in development management and project management, as well as the planning, design, and construction of new projects.
Marcin Klammer is a project director and architect with over 25 years of experience managing complex real estate projects. He has held key positions in international organisations, including HB Reavis Poland and HB Reavis Construction, where he was responsible for the development, construction, and commercialisation of the Varso Tower investment in Warsaw. He also managed BNP Paribas Real Estate CEE and served as director of development at Unibail Rodamco Westfield. For many years, he headed the design and consulting firm Arcadis in Poland. He is a partner and co-founder of Investment Design. He holds a degree in architecture from the Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Detroit Mercy. He also furthered his business education at Henley Business School and Vlerick Business School.
