Karelle Lamouche

Karelle Lamouche has been appointed CEO of the Accor Group's premium, midscale, and economy divisions for Europe and North Africa. In her new role, Karelle will be responsible for the group's operations in over 3,000 hotels in 40 countries, representing around 40 pct of Accor's global network.

Karelle Lamouche's promotion marks the next stage in her nearly 30-year career at Accor. Prior to her current role, she served as COO for Europe and North Africa, and previously as Chief Commercial Officer for the premium, midscale, and economy brands. Since joining Accor in 1998, she has progressed from hotel operations to key national and global roles, including in marketing, communications, and sales.
