Bogda Korolczuk,

Bogda Korolczuk, a manager with over thirty years of experience in the retail, office, and mixed-use real estate markets, has been appointed the new managing director.

She began her professional career in Canada, where she worked for 13 years for fashion chains operating in shopping centres. She has worked in the Polish market since 2000 and has held management positions at international firms such as CBRE Property Management, Invesco Real Estate, Liebrecht & WooD, AEW CE, and JLL. Her responsibilities included asset management, leasing, construction and redevelopment, recommercialization, development strategy development, and oversight of ESG and marketing. She has managed such properties as the Klif Fashion House, Galeria Klif, Wola Park, Plac Unii, the Koneser Praga Centre, and Galeria Kazimierz.
