Tomasz Spalik

Tomasz Spalik has been appointed the new General Director of Neo Świat. He has been associated with the company for over 17 years. During this time, he has worked on execution projects, held operational roles, and led the development and sales departments.

The company’s former leaders, Paweł Brodzik and Rajmund Węgrzynek, remain active within the organization. They will serve as mentors, support the company’s strategic development directions, and safeguard its stability, while handing over day-to-day operational management to the next generation.
