Maciej Moralewicz

Maciej Moralewicz has been appointed regional director in the office agency. His primary responsibilities include representing office tenants in relocations and lease renegotiations in Lower Silesia.

Prior to joining Newmark Polska, Maciej Moralewicz served as regional director at Knight Frank in Wrocław, where he managed the office agency. Previously, he worked for Vantage Development, where, as a leasing manager, he oversaw projects that included the commercialisation of the Promenady Business Park complex in Wrocław. At SMG, he was responsible for leasing space at the Wrocław Stadium. He also gained professional experience at Colliers and the Archicom Group. He is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Wrocław.
