Karolina Pawłowska

Karolina Pawłowska joins the asset management services team as an associate director. She has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market and specialises in office and retail leasing and asset management. Karolina has worked on the developer, investor, and agency sides. She joins Savills with experience gained at Atenor Poland, Vastint Poland, and BNP Paribas Real Estate. She has advised on transactions in both Poland and Canada. She also has experience in the premium residential segment.
At Savills, she is to support landlords in building leasing strategies and managing leasing processes, prepare market and competitive analyses, coordinate transactions, and advise on asset optimisation and long-term positioning.
