Jakub Kutzmann

Jakub Kutzmann has joined as head of the real estate practice. In his new role, he will be responsible for the further development of the department, including the implementation of transactions and projects on the real estate market, as well as for cooperation with other branches of the law firm in Poland and worldwide.

Jakub is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in providing legal advice for the real estate market. He specialises in transactional work and investment projects, including cross-border transactions and joint venture structures. He advises investors, developers, banks and institutional clients. His practice also covers property management, property financing, regulatory issues, administrative and construction law, as well as property-related litigation.
